The first session : Mr.Jet wang shared the managerial implications
I’ve seen a lot of the books on management and also had many lessons about sale.But it was only an empty talk without taking actions.So I have leaned more from my boss’s speech of experience than any books.
At the beginning I was occupied in computer 、network and cloth.Now i am engaged in elevator parts.During these period ,I sometimes failed,but I insist on that the winner is someone who have experienced failure.
According to the problem of profession ,when you are familiar with one profession,do not change easily.Because it is a waste of time to learn about a new profession.The better way is going deep into your own profession.As well as choosing the correct profession,we should choose the correct boss.A good boss will offer you a good platform of development ,chance of learn new things and promotion opportunities.
Next point of view:Sales’s attitude must be counted .You will do more for less If your Product attributes are good enough.Actually everyone are selling things in everyday, trading or sell yourself.It will have the same place in the specific products, or services with specific skills.
The last point of view :Our team must have the same value,the cohesion and full of enthusiasm .Our value is :good service, good quality .The satisfaction of customers is our biggest motivation.To be the first one in our profession.
